This Privacy Policy explains how Gamebase Studio collects, uses, and shares information
from devices and users accessing Gamebase Services (mobile applications and websites).
For children under 13, see Section 10 regarding COPPA compliance.
By using Gamebase Services, you consent to these information practices. Users under 18
acknowledge their legal guardian has approved this policy. Questions may be directed to

Information You Provide
Gamebase receives Personal, Financial, and Non-Personal Information when you interact with our services. Some features require sharing certain information, which is used for communication and service improvement.
Email Communications
Promotional emails may be sent using your information; opt-out is available through correspondence links. Important service notices continue regardless of opt-out status.
Contact Us Form
Requests Personal Information and inquiry details. Emails from users under 13 are deleted after resolution.
Geolocation Data
Collected from the Pudding Monsters app only when location services are enabled. Not tracked in other services.
Push Notifications
Alerts regarding high scores and account information. Disable via device settings or by contacting Gamebase.
Other Information
Name, address, phone, search history, contest participation, order details, and communications.
Information Collected Automatically
Tracking Technologies
Cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts are used to analyze trends, track movements, and gather demographic data through partners and analytics providers.
Device Information
Operating system, app version, and a persistent Device ID are automatically collected upon download.
Metadata
IP addresses, browser details, timezone, URL sequences, cookies, and feature interactions are tracked for system monitoring and fraud prevention.
Log Files
Internet protocol addresses, browser type, ISP, referring pages, operating system, timestamps, and clickstream data are stored automatically.
Tools
Software measures page response times, upload errors, scrolling and click behavior, feature usage, and purchase tracking.
Mobile Analytics
Records application usage frequency, internal events, performance data, and download sources without linking to submitted personal information.
Local Storage Objects
HTML5 and Flash storage are used by Gamebase and partners for content preferences and advertising. Manageable via Flash settings.
Information from Other Sources
Third-party providers may supply purchase, usage, payment, and credit history information.
3. How Information Is Used, Shared and Disclosed
Gamebase does not sell or typically disclose Personal Information without consent. Parents may consent to collection without consenting to third-party sharing. Information is used for system monitoring, business analysis, service improvement, request fulfillment, promotions, customer support, and research.
Legal Disclosures
Information may be shared in response to subpoenas, court orders, government requests, legal claims, fraud investigation, safety threats, Terms violations, or legal requirements.
Business Transfers
Information may transfer as a business asset during reorganization, acquisition, merger, or joint venture. Reasonable notification will be provided before Personal Information transfers to an entity subject to a different privacy policy.
Third-Party Functions
Companies performing order fulfillment, payment processing, hosting, data storage, mailing, customer service, and marketing on Gamebase's behalf receive limited information access with restricted usage.
4. Security
Gamebase follows industry standards to protect submitted information during transmission and storage. No internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Measures include "need to know" information disclosure and SSL encryption protecting Personal and Financial Information against unauthorized access.
5. Advertising
Third-party partners display advertising using cookies or similar technologies. Users over 13 receive interest-based ads; younger users receive contextual advertising. Interest-based advertising opt-out is available by contacting Gamebase; generic ads will continue.
6. Social Media Features and Tools
Integrated features (such as the Facebook Like button and YouTube Share) collect IP addresses and page information, setting cookies for functionality. These are hosted by third parties — their privacy policies govern those interactions.
7. Google+ or Other OpenID Provider
Sign-in services authenticate your identity and optionally share your name and email to pre-populate signup forms. These services may also enable activity-sharing on your profile pages.
8. Links to Other Sites
Gamebase Services may contain links to external sites not controlled by Gamebase. We bear no responsibility for external site privacy practices. This policy applies only to Gamebase Services.
9. Access / Data Retention
To update or delete your information, contact gamebasestudio2025@gmail.com. Gamebase responds within a reasonable timeframe. Information is retained while accounts remain active or services are needed, and afterward only for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and agreement enforcement.
10. Special Notice Regarding Children
Information Collected
Gamebase does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13 without parental consent under COPPA, except for IP addresses and identifiers supporting internal operations, analytics, and contextual advertising. Any discovered under-13 information is deleted promptly.
Parental Access
Parents may contact gamebasestudio2025@gmail.com to update, correct, or delete their child's information.
11. Conditions of Use / Changes to This Privacy Policy
Updates reflect changing practices with email or website notice before effectiveness. Material changes to how under-13 information is used will trigger parental email notification for verifiable consent, or a website notice.
